When empowered by this knowledge, individuals can better navigate towards their best fitting career path, University or College and ultimately their workplace.

PathFinder gives individuals a deeper understanding of themselves, the career options that align to one’s natural strengths, how they are motivated, and what interests them in a career.
PathFinder combines behavioral and occupational data, enabling individuals to better understand the careers best suited for them based on their personality and Interests. These insights can be used as a guide for exploring the career options that hold the highest potential for satisfaction.
PathFinder ranks 22 professional job families and the associated 200+ job titles based on the similarities and differences of an individual’s unique profile. These job titles are linked online to O*Net, the United States’ primary source of occupational information.

To empower a "Yes You Can" life environment at Work / Home, every Team / Family member 15 years and older can complete the Individual Birkman Assessment and we will provide an "Issues To Watch" report.
The Issues to Watch report describes significant similarities and differences between two people, and how those may impact their working together and with others. The report and our 1-on-1 coaching sessions will provide Key Recommendations for synergy and harmony in the following areas:

Personalized & Team / Family coaching sessions with a PathFinder-Certified Birkman Consultant are delivered face-to-face or via web based video conferencing. Coaching sessions are scheduled based on an agreed upon cadence and duration as documented in each client's services agreement.
A.H. graduated from College of Charleston in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Organization & Corporate Communication. His first job was an Account Manager with Visiture, a successful e-commerce technology company. He managed 40+ clients that generated $4.8M in ARR... and he was miserable!
In the summer of 2016, he was referred to PathFinder to identify the ideal career path suited to his interests, motivators, behaviors and strengths.
After he completed the Assessment, his Signature Report and Career Management Plus Report revealed his current job title was in the lowest quartile of his interests and strengths.
The reports further revealed his 2nd highest ranking Job title was Director in Community & Social Services.
Our team helped A.H. build a plan that began in Hospitality Management with The Ritz-Carlton from 2016 - 2017, and then Omni Hotels & Resorts from 2018 - 2019 and then as Community Relations Director at Berman Commons & The Cohen Home from 2020 - 2022.
Today A.H. has earned a Master's in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and is Community Relations Director at The Holbrook in Atlanta, GA.

J.C. was a Freshman at Auburn University in 2017. He is the youngest of three and both his siblings graduated from Auburn as did his Mom and Dad. Needless to say, Auburn was in his blood... where else would he go to college?
When J.C. arrived on campus, he thought he would feel right at home and all would be right in his world. But, something was off. He didn't find a Fraternity that fit, even though he was a legacy to a highly respected Fraternity on campus.
Like his father, he was studying Aeronautical Engineering and he was well connected to the College of Engineering Faculty. He was learning a lot and was serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the Advanced Flow Diagnostics Lab, but something was still not quite right.
J.C.'s Dad was well aware of the capabilities of the PathFinder program because he had engaged our sister company, Winning Adaptive Sales, that deployed the Birkman across his sales organization at Liaison Technologies. Armed with that knowledge, he engaged the PathFinder team to assess J.C. and provide findings and guidance if something tangible was discovered.
What we discovered was J.C.'s interests, motivators, behaviors and strengths were perfectly aligned with his field of study and career path. This issue was Auburn's personality style was at odds with J.C.'s needs.
The solution... J.C. transferred to Georgia Tech which aligned perfectly with his needs and strengths and he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering in 2021.
Today J.C. is a Guidance, Navigation and Controls Engineer at Lockheed Martin
Go Jackets J.C.
O.C. was a Senior at Auburn University in 2017 when his father, who had heard about the success of the PathFinder offerings from his friends in the Buckhead Community of Atlanta, asked if we could help his son build a path to his ideal career as he approached graduation.
We were honored, but also challenged as graduation was just a few months away and O.C. didn't have a plan for targeting potential companies much less job titles.
After completing the Assessment, we learned that his Signature Report and Career Management Plus Report identified Sales Representative in Technology and Sales Engineer as the two top Job Titles most aligned to his interests and strengths.
With our team having over 30 years of Sales and Marketing leadership experience in Enterprise Software across multiple industries, we were able to help build a career plan with targeted companies and connections in leading technology companies that generated excitement and momentum for O.C.
Upon graduation, O.C. landed an Inside Account Executive position with Sayers Technology and set several sales team records during his 2 year tenure.
Today O.C. is in his 5th year with his 2nd employer, Meridian Cooperative, serving as a Business Development Manager.
War Eagle O.C.
W.B., a Freshman at a great SEC University in 2022 eager to pursue a degree in Wildlife, Fish and Wildlands Science Management was always an outdoorsman and loved working with his hands.
Looking back on his formative High School years, classwork and homework was always a chore and not something he was passionate for. With that, and going off to College during the Pandemic in the fall of 2020 where he had to attend class virtually from the dorm, W.B. struggled and returned home after his 1st semester to reassess his plan for the future... a tough time for sure.
After lot's of candid conversations between W.B. and his parents, it was decided that W.B. was not meant for a traditional College experience but tailor-made for West Georgia Technical College to receive a Diesel Equipment Technology Diploma.
W.B. Graduated in 2022 and landed a great job with one of the largest Caterpillar Dealers in the World. He was in his element and advancing fast. He was living on his own, saving money, had full benefits and was contributing to a 401k! But then the call of the outdoors hit him and W.B. decided to head West to be a Ski Instructor for children at a prestigious Colorado Ski Mountain.
W.B. didn't touch his savings and lived modestly for the 2022-2023 Ski season... and then it happened. He was introduced to a Colorado Ranch owner and W.B. landed his dream Job... riding horses and leading Dude Ranch guests on outdoor adventures. He is living his best life that his interests, motivators, behaviors and strengths were uniquely created for.

H.D. was a Senior at Holy Innocents Episcopal School in 2017-2018 preparing to make the big decision of choosing the Colleges to apply and ultimately selecting the one he would attend.
H.D.'s parents learned about the PathFinder program's ability to map an individual's interests, motivators, behaviors and strengths from their Birkman Signature Report to the University's Myers Briggs Type Indicator Report... providing a data-driven indication of alignment. So, they engaged us to assess H.D. and provide a list of Universities and Majors that best aligned with his interests, motivators, behaviors and strengths.
H.D. grew up in a house full of passionate Gamecocks fans so he naturally dreamed of attending the University of South Carolina. Based on his Signature Report and Career Management Plus Report, we provided a short list of well aligned, reputable Universities with Majors that matched his profile... and our team, along with H.D. were elated when USC made the cut!
H.D. made the most of his USC Darla Moore School of Business education and Co-Founded a Saltwater Fly-fishing & Apparel Company https://MersFlies.com his sophomore year. While continuing to run his start-up, H.D. graduated USC in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Prior to graduating, H.D. secured a highly coveted Analyst position in the Leadership Consulting practice at Spencer Stuart, a premier executive search and leadership advisory firm!
